Here are some activities that can help contribute to your individual and community wellness!
Go for a Walk!
30 minutes of walking a day meets the Surgeon General’s Recommendation for adult physical activity. Dont have 30 minutes? Break it down into 10 minutes, three times a day!
Drink More Water!
Hydrating your body means more energy, better skin, and better moods!
Don't use Plastic Bottles!
Reduce litter and invest in a reusable water bottle!
Fuel your body with balanced nutrition – fruits, veggies, healthy grains, and protein!
Do a Good Deed
You get back what you put into the world – make it positive! Help your community flourish.
Spend Time with Loved Ones
It can be a family dinner, FaceTime chat about your day, anything to connect with those you care about!
Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day – yes, even on weekends! Try to get 8-10 hours of sleep each night.
